Born in Santiago de Compostela (Spain) in 1986. Graduated in Fine Arts from the University of Vigo in 2009.

At present, I’m still linked to the university where I graduated and I am concluding my doctoral thesis that is framed within its doctoral programme in Contemporary Art, Creation and Research. The professor and artist Juan Luis Moraza is responsible for the direction of this project. At the same time, I have been teaching and practising research activities for the last 6 years at the Fine Arts Faculty of Pontevedra (Uvigo), working from the academic year 2011-2012 in different subjects in our degree: Artistic expression. Matter-Color (1st year), Sculpture (2nd year), Processes of Research and Creation (4th year) and Anthropology of the Art (1st year). Among my most important exhibitions, Picnic shall be highlighted, which is the individual project I have presented at the Trinta Gallery of Santiago de Compostela in 2014. A significant public presentation due to the fact that since then Trinta represents me as an artist. For example, we could participate together within the first edition of Drawing Room Madrid last February 2016, coinciding with the week of ARCO. Collectively in Galicia (Spain), I have exhibited in art spaces such as the MARCO (Vigo), the RAC Foundation (Pontevedra), the Auditorium of Galicia (Santiago de Compostela), the Seoane Foundation (A Coruña) and the Torrente Ballester Centre (Ferrol) among many others. Nationally, in different art rooms of León, Bilbao, Madrid and Barcelona. Internationally, my artwork has been in Portugal and more recently at POST Gallery of Kaunas (Lithuania). Among the awards and grants received over the last years, I must highlight the third prize of the Provincial Council of Ourense in 2015, Xuventude Crea 2014, and ‘Novos valores’ of the Provincial Council of Pontevedra in 2012, as well as the first prize of Painting and Visual Arts of Carriegos’s Foundation in 2009. I have been selected in the First New Artists Meeting of Cidade da Cultura of Santiago de Compostela in 2011, and I participated in the collective project Container inside in 2012 at that same place as well.

Additionally, I love writing texts about art. From January 2012 to mid-2014 I worked as a writer and international public relations agent for Wonder Magazine (Lisbon, Portugal). Among the interviews conducted, I have to mention those maintained with Diane Pernet, Joana Vasconcelos and Marina Abramovic.
